Salary:$74,173/year---*

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 1 year of experience in Pipe Manufacturing area.

Any experience with all of the following:Working with suppliers to resolve technical issues;Microsoft Office tools;AutoCAD and SolidWorks;Welding techniques and standards;Organizational and time management skills;Methodical, effective troubleshooting/problem-solving skills;Excellent communication skills;

Major Responsibilities & Job DutiesCreating and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules;Making Inventory of coils and communicating with the manufacturer about transportation and coils;Tracking the documentation of daily pipe production, consumables, coating, and weld repair reports;Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors;Calculating the machine's angle and hydraulic pressure based on the material's quality and thickness;Calculating the corrosion of the machine parts and providing maintenance if needed;Developing, initiating, and managing all phases of projects;Monitoring pile productivity rates, weld standards, and welding quality control;Preparing the work orders for every project salesperson finalized the project with customer requirements;Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management;Providing the coil list to the forepersons based on the project and following up with the production line;Communicating with the forepersons to check machine parts' maintenance and designing new parts in critical situations;Analyzing pile production and presenting the reports to executive members of the mill;Collaborating with Factory Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources;Provide training and technical support as required to enhance the skills of other engineers, technicians, and operators;Implementing and checking safety, health, environment, and quality requirements;Supporting relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;Communicating with the industrial area management to find coil status and request necessary equipment;Assisting in the development of operational and implementation plans for areas of assigned responsibilities.
