Content Specialist
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a member of our client's CX Scaled Content Creation team, you’ll help maintain content on their help center and agent education surfaces. You’ll work closely with our client's content team to support product launches by uploading, formatting, and staging articles on their content management systems as well as staging courses in our agent training LMS. This is a fast paced, entry level position that will potentially allow the right candidate to take on editorial tasks during the course of their assignment.
- *This is a 12-month contract position. At this time, we do not work with C2C or C2H contractors** Position Responsibilities:Format and stage articles on our content management systemsStage learning plans and training curriculum structure in LMSSubmit content for localization and manage workflowOptimize images and other graphicsConduct content auditsQA articles for broken links and typos Pull verbatims and other reportsProvide miscellaneous support for Scaled Content and Scaled Platforms teams as needed Position Requirements:1 year of work experienceExperience uploading information into an online repository (SharePoint, WordPress, eBay, etc.)Familiarity with a content management system (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Dita, Jenkins, etc.)Familiarly with copy editing and/or editorial workflowsExperience with image editing or optimization tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)Self-starter who can thrive in a distributed, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsInterest in a writing, editorial, or content design professionPreference given to those who have familiarity with SEO terms
Compensation Range: $25-35/hr.This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process.
