Job Title: Remote Admissions Representative
The Remote Admissions Representative is responsible communicating with prospective students interested in admission into Jersey College. Responsibilities include the successful recruitment students through phone calls, SMS texts, and emails. This position is remote and requires the ability to systematically follow up with prospective students including high volume of calls, SMS, and emails. The Remote Admissions Representative must be able to provide prospective students with detailed information on programs, including admission, promotion and graduation requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Follow up with new daily inquiriesEstablish contact with prospective students through high volume of calls, SMS, and emailRecruit qualified candidates to move forward with admission processEnsure compliance with enrollment Processes and documentationMeet institutional goals for enrollment of nursing students
Job Responsibilities
Recruit qualified candidates to move forward in the admissions processing, including:Following up with new and prior student inquiriesUtilize customer relation management platform to prioritize contact effortsAssist in the coordination of student entrance exams and on-campus tour visitsDocument communication effort and outcomes of prospective studentsCreate and monitor calendared events to follow up with prospective studentsProviding honest and precise information to prospective students regarding campus programs, curriculum, schools rules, policies, and proceduresContributing to the department's ideas for marketing, promotions, or advertisementsPerforming other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
One (1) year of related experience and a High School diploma/GEDProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skillsExceptional customer service, listening, and teamwork skills
