We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to support our sales team! This non-selling role will be essential to the efficiency of our boutique operations and elevating the client experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an interest in the fashion and luxury goods markets, and drive to foster a collaborative team environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Seamless Store Operations & Sales Team Support

Actively communicate customer, product, and other pertinent store information within the sales team to ensure customer and business needs are met. Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor, upholding Visual Merchandising guidelines Supports Client Advisors; product pulls, fitting room setup & recovery, floor presentation standards and seamless selling floor operations Replenish sales floor throughout the day Maintain organization and cleanliness of all areas (cash wrap, stock room, selling floor, fitting rooms) Other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager

Elevating Client Experience

Greet clients entering and exiting the boutique When necessary, assist clients on selling floor while properly executing selling ceremony best practices Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication and attitude with clients, colleagues, and management team Develop high level Product Knowledge of Jil Sander’s offerings Take ownership of resolving customer issues or complaints with empathy, while adhering to Jil Sanders customer service policies; partnering with sales team or Store Management, when needed

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described must be met by an individual to successful perform the essential functions of this job:

Required to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday Required to lift and or move up to 50 pounds

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Previous fashion retail or service industry experience in luxury market preferred Excellent customer-service skills Teamwork Oriented Passion & Knowledgeable of fashion, retail, and luxury goods industries Writing and communication skills proficiency (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

Multi-Lingual Luxury retail selling experience
