Project Manager
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties; · Manage all aspects of multiple projects, from submittals, to day-to-day operations, change orders, and closeout of projects.· Interact and coordinate with General Contractors, inspectors and field crew to resolve issues and to advance the project.· Manage reviews and approvals of construction schedule of values and assist in reviews of the billing process. The ideal candidate should have: · Some experience in a similar role. Experience with Masonry and/or concrete a benefit.· Strong communication and organization skills.· Familiarity with various computer software including, MS office and plan swift.· Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or construction management is preferred but not required.
