Description
This 200-person production site is in the Delaware Water GAP on the NJ/PA border producing food additives. The main plant at the site is DCS (Delta V) controlled, and the others are mostly PLC controlled. You will be focused on optimizing and improving a manufacturing site's performance. You'll use your expertise in automation and process control to analyze operations, identify cost drivers, and develop improvement projects that consider safety, health, and environmental regulations. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with operations and other engineers to implement these solutions and ensure compliance with various standards. Minimum Requirements
B.S. in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.5+ years of experience of in plant controls experience out of any type of manufacturing including chemicals, foods, or mechanical process.Experience with DCS or PLC's controls, ideally Delta V.
