This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing SAP projects and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for
Leading and managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that support business goals. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, and implementing necessary changes to keep the project on track. Conducting project post-mortems and creating detailed reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels, including project status updates and end-user training. Ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date and adheres to company standards. Providing guidance on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices, and offering technical support where necessary.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, including ASAP and Agile/Scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve issues promptly. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively. SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to travel as needed for project implementation.
