Are you a seasoned Real Estate Litigator looking for a dynamic role in a top New York firm? We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with an impressive track record in real estate litigation and disputes. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Handle a broad range of real estate disputes, including commercial and residential property disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, and zoning issues. Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex real estate litigation matters. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in real estate litigation. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate. Collaborate with colleagues to devise effective litigation strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and trends in real estate litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a real estate litigator. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the New York State Bar. Proven trial experience is essential. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
