Our firm is rapidly growing still and we like to have a fully staffed office so that our work/life balance stays true to who we are.

Target 55-hour busy seasons 40 and below non-busy Medical, Dental, Vision 401k + match Long/short-term life insurance 4 weeks PTO plus the weeks of July 4th and Thanksgiving you get off Annual Bonuses (not guaranteed but last 15 years they have been given out) Based on company and self-performance, 0%-12% Tons of social activities Different cultural events Memorial Day to Labor Day, Fridays close at noon After 10/15, close on Fridays at 3 pm through the end of the year Refer a client or candidate is a bonus Spot Bonuses, random out of nowhere if you are doing well Company Picnic

Position Overview

As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in our audit practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Audit Engagement Management Lead and manage audit engagements, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Client Interaction Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries, providing insights, and identifying opportunities for value-added services.

Team Leadership Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Contribute to the professional development of team members.

Technical Expertise Stay current on industry trends, accounting principles, and auditing standards. Apply technical knowledge to resolve complex audit issues.

Risk Assessment Conduct risk assessments, identify potential audit risks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance audit effectiveness.

Financial Reporting Review financial statements and related disclosures for compliance with accounting standards. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

CPA certification is preferred.

2-5 years of experience in external auditing.

Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
