Responsibilities
As our CPA, your key responsibilities will include
Oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all relevant financial regulations. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liability and ensure compliance with all tax regulations. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and managing the preparation of all necessary materials. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline processes, improve financial systems, and enhance financial controls. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure the company's financial operations remain compliant and effective.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting regulations and standards. Proven experience in financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, and audit coordination. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear and concise recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial management tools.
