Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and due diligence experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence and review title and survey documents for commercial real estate transactions Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents Assist attorneys with closings and post-closing matters Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations Assist with other legal projects and tasks as assigned by attorneys
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and due diligence Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent client service Ability to work onsite regular business hours
