Responsibilities
Handle fund formation, governance, and transactions, as well as securities matters.
Provide high-quality legal services to clients with dedication and professionalism.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve client objectives and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
Contribute to our firm's dynamic and inclusive culture.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in fund formation, governance, transactions, and/or securities matters.
Applicable bar admission is required for the respective office location.
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
