Job Details
Currently they are looking for a Millwork Project Manager in the Las Vegas area.
Responsibilities
Attend and record accurate jobsite meetings, any/all schedule concerns and the follow up action items agreed upon. Validate and set project cost budget and maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards. Document and communicate additional work and change orders throughout project. Execute, monitor and control project ensuring quality and scope and timeline. Conduct accurate and complete field measurements. Communicate With shop production. Review the shop drawings against the architect’s plans and specifications and discuss any discrepancies. Review all red-line drawings with drafting/engineering and/or production as required. Inspecting the construction sites
Requirements
3+ years of millwork project management experience Ability to plan and organize a team effort. Good client management and goodwill building ability. Capacity to motivate and lead the teams. Effective time management and logical decision-making ability Capacity to handle pressure and oversee multiple projects.
