We are actively recruiting for an experienced corporate attorney to join our client's office locations in New York City, Los Angeles or remotely in another major market Our client is a mid-sized corporate firm dedicated to providing comprehensive business solutions to a wide range of domestic and international businesses and entrepreneurs seeking legal counsel for complex commercial transactional and litigation matters.
We are seeking attorneys with a portable book of business focused on corporate transactional, complex commercial litigation, labor & employment, real estate, tax, intellectual property or trademark matters. The partners are looking to invest in attorneys who may be looking enhance and grow their practice with additional support and collaboration. Compensation includes $205,000 - $325,000 in guaranteed base salary, origination fees, bonuses and an allotted annual marketing budget to use at your discretion. Additional benefits include remote work flexibility, firm paid healthcare benefits, 401k with company contribution and PTO. There is no billable requirement for this role.
The firm is capable of handling matters of any scale, whether it involves straightforward entity formation or complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and approaches each case with a global business perspective and practical wisdom. Some of the firms current industries include
