Job Details

Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of patients

Evaluating patient care outcomes and communicating relevant information for continuity of care

Implementing complex patient care plans and utilizing healthcare organization standards

Developing goals for professional growth and promoting intra/interdepartmental collaboration

Recognizing data from complex situations to determine care priorities

Collaborating with patients/families to prepare or update care plans

Staying informed about relevant research and bringing ideas to the team for assessment

Skills You Need

Graduation from a school of professional nursing

Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

One year of nursing experience
