Salary $180,000 - $225,000 per year

We are an established general contractor that has been in business for over 40 years and averages $500M in revenue per year. We are building a new South Bay division and looking for a Sr. Project Manager to help lead the department. This is a rare career growth opportunity that does not come around often.
Commercial construction experience is a must, more specifically corporate TI project experience at/over $30M in value. We have projects lined up for many years and looking for someone to join us immediately.
