We are excited to announce an opening for a Permanent Senior System Administrator in our dynamic and innovative technology team. This position is perfect for a skilled professional who is passionate about technology and eager to apply their expertise in Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Power Platform, and M365. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, overseeing our system infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, implement innovative solutions, and shape the future of our technological landscape.
Responsibilities
Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot our system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Utilize expertise in Microsoft SCCM to manage and deploy system updates and patches. Leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to automate business processes, develop applications, and drive data analysis. Manage M365 environment, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Develop and implement system enhancement plans to improve efficiency and security. Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new system architecture. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members. Ensure system compliance with industry standards and company policies. Regularly review and update system documentation and procedures. Participate in on-call rotation for system emergencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a system administration role. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Power Platform, and M365. Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Certifications in Microsoft technologies or equivalent are preferred.
