Cash Application Specialist

The ideal candidate will be engaging,motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, personable with a desire to learn and grow professionally.This role will handle: Review cash receipts for accuracy and completeness Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances to customer accounts Address payment issues like double payments and/or other discrepancies Engage in collection management processes as necessary Reconciling Post Application on customer accounts.Requirements: Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications preferred but not required. Accurate Data Entry Skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines Patience and ability to manage stress Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel (Excel Test required) Written and Verbal Communication Skills Problem-solving and critical thinking skills High School Diploma; Associate's/Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is a plus
