📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Project Manager (Program Communications Lead / CMMC)- Hybrid from Lexington, MA
The Program Communications Lead supports all aspects of planning and execution for the CMMC program communications plan. This role owns execution of key internal stakeholder communications for this strategic program, ensuring clear messaging of technology and business process changes to 10+ key stakeholder groups in the Lab. The role’s primary responsibilities also include soliciting feedback from stakeholders, creating targeted communications, authoring release notes, creating standardized communication templates and tracking/reporting program metrics.
Responsibilities:-Authoring and driving the communications plan for the program-Facilitating the creation of a weekly program communication included in every Division workstream session-Facilitating the production schedule and content aggregation of content for slides for stakeholder meetings (ITSC, ITEC, CMMC Town Halls)-Owning and manages communications from the Program team to Divisions- creates an integrated communication plan across workstreams.-Building relationships with key stakeholders to the program to ensure targeted messages are received effectively by intended audiences.-Creating standardized communications templates, branding and toolsets and coordinates communications plan across all program workstreams.-Monitoring, tracks and reports metrics, communication effectiveness, and reach.-Drafting and/or proofreading content and delivering communications using a variety of distribution channels, online and in person.
