Day-to-day:Support sales and marketing efforts as an engineering resource to maximize sales/market share of productsDefine Customer and Tech Service training requirementsProblem solving and support with hydrogen transport product lineLead value engineering efforts through design engineering and CI teamsAid in customer trainingSupport NPD efforts with engineering teamManage warranty claims by providing engineering guidanceLead product related CAPA efforts as appropriateAssist Product Manager with RFQ’s and new sales by providing technical assistanceComponent and part selection and validationDevelopment and execution of test plansResearch and investigation of code requirementsComponent and part selection and validation
Professional Experience:P&ID developmentDevelopment of equipment to engineering code standardsProven ability to engage with customers in a professional and trustworthy mannerProven ability to educate and explain product functionality, both the "how" and the "why"Experience working in a self-directed role and comfortable making decisions independentlyPreferred: 3-5 years of experience in hydrogen applicationsPreferred: 3-5 years of experience with cryogenic applications3 years experience in design engineering
