📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have a very intriguing Land Acquisition career opportunity to join one of our high-growth, pro-active Residential New Home Builder clients in the Orlando, FL market.
This valued, motivated land acquisition professional will identify, source, and secure homebuilding site/lot opportunities for this division. This role is responsible for all land acquisition related activities within targeted submarkets of the division (incl. but not limited to site identification, pre-acquisition analysis/budgeting/site planning/due diligence/underwriting, rezoning, entitlements, site development partnerships, and strategic initiatives).
Great opportunity for the current Land Acquisition leader seeking a new challenge/initiative OR established Land Acquisition professional seeking a greater degree of responsibility, oversight, and long-term career growth opportunity.
Volume-based Residential homebuilding experience preferred. Commercial, Mixed-Use, Urban Infill experience considered.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Real Estate, Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related field a plus (but not required).
