What You Will Do
How you will do it
Serve as primary communications link between customers sales staff and other departments on inquires, order related issues, product information, credits and other issues pertaining to customers’ accounts via email or phone. Cross referencing of filters from other manufacturers. Process changes orders, credits, and product return authorizations.Run customer order reports to proactively get orders shipped. All other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
What We Look For
1-3 years’ experience in a customer service support center environment preferably in with heavy emphasis on sales, distribution, manufacturer, and end-user.Knowledge of the filtration industry desirable. Basic math and typing skills. - Good working knowledge of Excel. Competent telephone skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Responsible for following all company safety procedures.
