Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.Properly reports laborGets drawings needed and cut parts without assistanceOperates a computerized back stopPerforms weekly maintenance on shearKnowledge of gauges / types of metalsReads blue prints as neededStores parts properlyDistinguishes between interior and exteriorPerforms scribing and notching

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferredRead and write EnglishKnowledge of company safety policiesAble to read Tape measurePrior Machine Operating experience preferred
