📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are hiring an Attorney - Commercial Litigation (2 - 4 Years of Experience) to become a member of our trial team! As a part of our team, you will directly represent clients in trials in Federal and State Court. First Chair or Second Chair trial experience required.
Responsibilities:Represent clients in State and Federal Courts in a wide array of Commercial Litigation mattersDirect contact with clientsYou will take depositions immediatelyYou will try cases with witness responsibilityPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
