Johnson and Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst – Robotics and Digital Solutions. This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA, under a hybrid schedule.

The MedTech Surgery organization was recently established to combine Ethicon’s market-leading surgical portfolio with the Robotics & Digital Solutions portfolio. The MedTech Surgical organization is comprised of: Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, Endo Mechanical and Energy, OTTAVA (Surgical Robotics), MONARCH (Flexible Robotics), and MedTech Digital.
Key Responsibilities
Shape, build and maintain market models & forecasts, collaborating with business partners and team membersFocus on improving and building out new capabilities / scorecards / dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools to meet evolving business needsStandard reporting and analytics executionWork with internal customers to define required data sets and information, support the business teams to solve complex analytical challengesCollaborate and influence multiple partners to ensure the use of fact-based insights in key business discussions
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related field is required; additional relevant certifications preferred
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of Data Analyst experienceExpertise in Excel and Tableau (technical interview required)Shown success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and timelines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate optimally and effectively with multi-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience in Med Tech, Healthcare, or Life SciencesPython, SQL, PowerBI

This role will be based out of our Santa Clara CA facility and may require up to 10% travel (international and domestic)The anticipated base salary range for this role is $89,000 to $140,185
