Position Summary
As the site Manufacturing Productivity Leader, you will be responsible for leading the portfolio of site productivity projects. You will guide the execution of projects, programs, and processes across the entire Jacksonville Site to drive the site productivity improvement strategy (OEE Roadmap). You will use technical and leadership capabilities to apply Six Sigma, Lean principles & methodologies, and Lean tools to improve the reliable output of the manufacturing fleet. In this role, you will apply your business, leadership, and technical skills, to both implement projects and coach individuals and teams in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes and facilitates programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance capabilities and increase productivity year over year.Works to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on critical site output, profitability and efficiency targets.Conducts sophisticated analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Improvement strategy and implements process changes that improve departmental safety, quality, cost and schedule.Collaborates with Make to implement and act on insights from key process indicators, including OEE, yields, scrap and cost.Integrates Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.Collaborate and partner with team members across multiple functions.Follow and observe all regulatory requirements (GMP’s, ISO, FDA, internal policies) applicable to area of responsibility.Will deliver oral and written communications around process improvement projects that has clarity and impact at all levels of the organizationAlign with J&J Safety Requirements and safe working conditions and practices in the department.Other responsibilities that may be assignedModel and promote Our Credo and Leadership Imperatives.Always promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor's and/or University degree is required; focused degree in Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or Business Administration/Finance preferred. A Masters or Advanced degree is desired

Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience Supply chain experience demonstrating process improvement, project management, or people leadershipExperience in a management role within a multinational company Experience in a regulated Manufacturing environmentProven track record of delivering tangible Improvements and business goals Demonstrated ability to develop and present clear and effective strategies
Preferred
Process Excellence certification as a Green Belt or Black BeltPrevious experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices sector Experienced in developing talent Experience in deployment of Lean Principles, Project Management, and Re-engineered of manufacturing & transactional processes In depth knowledge of production and quality control techniques such as CFM, JIT, TQM, SMED, CIM, etc.Strong analytical problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
