This role is the head position responsible for sales, market share and profit and loss (P&L) for Lung cancer Franchise, the key disease area stronghold for Johnson & Johnson. This role has direct accountability for the sales, marketing, education, field reimbursement and operations functions end-to-end. The leader will be responsible for this critical multi-brand, multi-function, multi-billion-dollar business unit with sales and marketing responsibilities. This position leads a team of sales, marketing and operational professionals including staff that lead other leaders across the nation.
Additional responsibilities include
Directing and coordinating critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing. Responsible for assuring franchise, lifecycle management, and brand strategies to support overall financial and strategic goals of the Oncology franchiseHolds the field leadership team accountable for continually refining and executing plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities within their geographies.Provide commercial input for business development opportunities. Co-lead in partnership situations the cross-global marketing strategy and life cycle management. Driving brand strategies to support future company vision.Leading, coaching, motivating, and retaining direct and indirect team members across Oncology and as a sponsor for J&J talent broadlyLeading, coaching, motivating, and retaining direct and indirect cross-functional team members and coordinating critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing.

Qualifications
Required skills
A minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical experienceMarketing experience on multiple brands at various stages in the product lifecycle, including product launch experiencePharmaceutical sales experience, with proven track record of in market execution and deliveryStrong financial acumenAbility to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization both within Commercial and cross-functionally

This position is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania and requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.
