Position summary: Responsible for seeking business opportunities, implementing strategic business plans, creating client relationships, and ensures all marketing submissions and collateral are prepared in a timely manner, with the highest quality.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Conduct market research and gathering information on potential clients and projects.Develop strategic business plan for potential clients based upon market research Track Business Development Opportunities using Marketing CRMSchedule meetings with new/existing clients to discover project and program informationDevelop and maintain a strong business networkParticipate in client organizations, conferences, events, etc.Involved in Professional organizations, committees, and Officer positionsDevelop and report on Metrics of Marketing success
Nonessential Functions And Responsibilities
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledgeable of the RFP structure and proposal processUnderstanding of A/E industry terminology and delivery methods
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Technical discipline of JMT15+ years of related experienceComprehensive knowledge of firm’s practice areas, clients and competitionManagement or supervisory experience
Preferred Experience
Professional Registration and/or certifications in area of specialization
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
