Sr. Sales Representative

Job Description

Johnson Service Group is looking for experienced Senior Sales Representative with a background in Leak Testing. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for customer acquisition and market expansion within the US and Canada. Expectations include day-to-day sales activities including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role is located in Sterling Heights, MI, with flexibility for some remote work.

Explore and expand into new markets by identifying potential opportunities for growthDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients from the automotive industry through regular communication and follow-upIdentify sales opportunities by researching industry trends, analyzing competitor activity, and staying informed about market changesGenerate leads through networking, cold calling and attending industry eventsMeet and exceed sales targets by presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing dealsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving company goals and sharing best practicesCollaboration with our product team to create the optimal solution for specific customer requestsTravel domestically as well as internationally, as needed for sales &/or training

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development, minimum 5 yearsTechnical knowledge and background in leak testingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing dealsSelf-motivated and target-orientedResults-driven individual with a passion for sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while exploring new marketsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as needed, domestically primarily with some international also (Must have a valid, clean passport and driver's license)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
