Wir sind Join Live Events – wir konzipieren, organisieren und realisieren Konzerte und Tourneen auf höchstem Niveau.

Aufgaben
- Planung / Organisation von Konzerten und Tourneen
- Kommunikation mit Künstlern, Managements & Partnern
- Koordination von Abläufen ( Backstage, Produktion, Timing, etc. )
- Unterstützung bei Marketing / Ticketing
- Sicherstellen, dass jedes Event reibungslos läuft
- Regelmäßiges Reporting direkt an die Geschäftsführung
Rahmenbedingungen:
- Vollzeit ( 40 Stunden / Woche ) oder Teilzeit möglich
- Remote möglich ( Hybrid je nach Projekt )
- Arbeitsort flexibel ( je nach Event, Touren oder Projekt )
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Konzert- / Eventbranche
- Starkes organisatorisches Talent
- Strukturierte & eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook, etc. )
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
