Salesforce Architect

Salesforce ArchitectPermanent PositionCharlotte, NC - Hybrid This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading global company. This role will complement the recent implementation of Salesforce and continue to grow to the evolving Salesforce landscape.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.Architect and implement custom Salesforce applications, API integrations, and enhancements using declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance on technical design, development, and implementation.Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to align Salesforce initiatives with overall business strategies.Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce processes and configurations to maximize efficiency and ROI.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends, and incorporate new capabilities into existing solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, preferably in a complex enterprise environment with a bachelor’s degree or 14+ years with no bachelor’s degree.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification highly preferred.Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and App Cloud.Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, with hands-on experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a collaborative Agile environment.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
