Customer Service Manager

Jones Sales & Marketing Group is actively seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team! This administrative management position works directly with President and VP requiring strong attention to detail, great customer service skills, and the ability to handle a hefty work load in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides administrative support to nationally recognized sales and marketing agency in hardware and building materials industryAssists with office management, order placement, data entry, and general customer service related functionsFosters relationships with manufacturers’ customer service departmentsPoint of contact for outside sales teamAssists with planning of trade shows and other events

Minimum Qualifications

Eagerness to learn and grow with our companyHighly proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Outlook, WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to stay organized and prioritize tasksRepresent the agency and our customers in a positive and professional mannerHigh school diplomaTravel required: less than 10%

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of customer service, administrative, and/or office management experienceExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareAbility to lift 25+ poundsAssociates / College Degree
