Role DescriptionThis full-time on-site System Integrator role is located in Troy, NY, and involves designing and installing access control, security, and surveillance solutions. The System Integrator would collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to deliver successful projects and conduct onsite implementation, troubleshooting, and system integration testing. The role would also entail providing end-user training and technical support as needed.

QualificationsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systemsStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teamsKnowledge of networking systems and protocols is a plusExperience with Medeco High-Security Locks or other access control/security solutions is a plusUnderstanding of industry-standard protocols for video surveillance and access control systems such as ONVIF and BACnet is a plusExperience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is a plus
