We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can take on a specialized role in our team. As aGraphic Designer at Bare Home, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of ourbrand and products. A crucial team player on the marketing team, you will collaborate closelywith the marketing, marketplace, and product development teams to translate concepts intocompelling graphic designs that meet our brand standards.

Responsibilities:Creative Leadership: Lead diverse graphic design and video projects, ensuring brandconsistency and high-quality design solutions.Multimedia Expertise: Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite for photo editing, email templatedesign, and Amazon carousel image enhancements.Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, New Product Developmentteam, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.Visual Content Strategy: Contribute to visual content strategies that resonate with the targetaudience, and support marketing goals.Quality Control and Feedback: Maintain high design standards, incorporate feedback, andsolve design challenges effectively.Mentorship and Reporting: Collaborate with other designers, provide project updates, andsupport marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Digital or Graphic Design or similar fieldsTo be successful in this role, must have: 3+ years of professional graphic design and photoediting experience, preferably in a consumer product or ecommerce setting.Strong portfolio showcasing your excellence in photo editing, digital design, and technicaldesign.

Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams.Strong attention to detail and an eye that focuses on the visual, interactive elements of aproduct to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.Exceptional work ethic in understanding priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamicentrepreneurial environmentExperience with developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials forweb, social, and other digital platforms.UI/UX practical experience and application highly desiredWeb page design and configuration experience highly desired
