As an Employee Compliance Project Manager - Vice President within Risk Management and Compliance, you will engage with Employee Compliance and Technology leads to plan and oversee the end-to-end implementation of global process and system enhancements for Employee Compliance & Conduct. You will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and overseeing delivery against an agreed portfolio of change. Projects will need to be delivered to time, quality standards, budgetary targets and stakeholder expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Supports the Tech & Innovation journey to a new Target Operating Model by providing Programme Management supportServes as the single point of leadership for assigned portfolio and owns end-to-end accountability for all project deliverables within the portfolioWorks with stakeholders to create vision & strategy and then translates into a defined and agreed delivery plan Understands complex business needs and translates those needs into detailed and executable functional requirementsIs accountable for the delivery of multiple simultaneous projects using Agile methodologyEnsures that change objectives, scope, business requirements, resourcing, timelines & budgets are defined and managedEstablishes governance, reporting and oversight so that delivery and costs can be reviewed, understood and / or challengedDevelops and manages stakeholder relationships while keeping them engaged throughout the product lifecycle and informed of key issues, risks, and dependenciesRecognizes if stakeholder expectations are not being met and engages with stakeholders to identify compromises and solutionsEnsures that projects use consistent project documents, documents are written to a high standard, documents are saved centrally and made available to stakeholders and audit trails are rigorously maintained Works cross-functionally and globally to identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration while staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and opportunities for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a financial institution preferably in Risk, Compliance, Oversight & Controls, or FinanceMinimum 8 years of experience in Program / Project Management, Technology delivery or similar roleExcellent change management skills and experienced delivery team leaderWorking knowledge of performing testing of Technology deliveryAdvanced knowledge of Agile software development methodologiesExcellent Business Analysis skills with ability to present updates to, and influence, members of the senior management teamExceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independentlyWorking knowledge of Compliance & / or Conduct including Financial Crime, AML and/or ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint
