Ecommerce Specialist

The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong analytical skills, and have a strong eye for detail. This role will provide support to the E-Commerce team by assisting with administrative functions to maintain our e-commerce platforms and storefront catalogs using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion. Includes adding and updating categories, product SKUs, item attributes, images, descriptions, promotions, and other routine tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure the websites are up to date and accurate to create an optimal user experience for the consumers.

Major Areas of Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce sitesRequest an optimize product descriptions and images to enhance search visibility and drive salesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvementMonitor website analytics to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Education and SkillsCigar experience preferred (but not required)2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and web analytics toolsPrior Content Management System experience requiredKnowledge of Basecamp or similar project management platform Strong business and project management skills needed Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment and multi-taskTeamwork, communication and influencing skills.
