Primary Responsibilities:Diagnose, Service and Repair of Commercial Heating & Air Conditioning equipmentService Repair Commercial equipmentMaintaining quality work at acceptable customer standards.Represent JRC to the customer that ensures effective communication and builds a positive relation to Customers.Required Skills:Ability to work without direct supervision.Ability to diplomatically and effectively with customers.Ability to make decisions based on measurable criteria and comprehend technical data.Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner.Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and remain calm in stressful situations.Work Efficiently in fast paced environment.Computer Skills with the ability to document service work on a tablet.Physically capable of working skillfully with hands, lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds, see well, (naturally or with correction), climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.
