Graphic Designer

Our team is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and motivated Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of print and digital collaterals for our brand.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the creation of menu design, email marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media graphics, restaurant print material, and special projects as needed throughout the company. This role will be critical in ensuring brand equity across all print and digital creatives.

ResponsibilitiesExecute top-quality design work in line with company standards across a variety of mediumsConceptualize and design content for print/digital collateral to support restaurants and company branding in a wide range of media (including but not limited to menus, marketing campaigns, website, e-marketing, social media graphics, print collaterals)Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion Create/update menus designs for each conceptCollaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that can be distributed/presented amongst the restaurants on a variety of platforms and media typesCreate email and other digital campaignsDevelop digital assets for brand websitesUpdate brand guidelines and implement brand-specific campaigns, style guides, and processes to support creative operationsAssists marketing team with the development and execution of marketing campaignsDaily support to JRI business growth and success

QualificationsA BA or BFA with a focus on Graphic Design, Communications Design, or a related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience as a graphic designer in print & digital designFully proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite software, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premier preferredUnderstanding of typography, layout, color and graphic design principlesStrong illustration/2d animation skillsHigh-level photo retouching skillsMotion graphic skills strongly preferred Possess an outstanding work ethicMotivated self-starter with a positive attitudeStrong creative and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUnderstanding of menu engineeringExperience with illustration, animation, videoExperience in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries
