My client is a fintech SaaS company aiming to revolutionize financial services offerings in the Asset Management industry. Responsibilities
Understand clients’ data model and assist in executing data migration processes for Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting and CRMWork with clients and the team to facilitate client’s data reconciliation process, providing support and answering questions as needed during the user acceptance testing and stabilization periodsWork with the client and company engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the migration process, and identify efficiency improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional team members (Sales, Product Owners, Engineers, QA and Designers) to enhance our product and servicesPerform analytical reviews to validate accuracy and completeness of the dataGather, analyze, and document unique business scenarios that differ across businesses and clientsUnderstand functional impact of various configuration options and offer recommendationsCreate and maintain internal documentation, training materials and processesBuild product knowledge through training, self-directed research and testing, and working with senior team members
Qualifications
CPA or Accounting DegreeAt least 5 years relevant experienceExperience working in Private Equity / Fund AccountingExperience using financial / fund accounting softwareProficient in MS ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language)Project implementation / business analysis / system delivery experience with external facing clients for projects of a material size and duration (preferred)Enthusiasm for finance and technology, with strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
