Position is responsible for the overall operation and positioning of the spa. Ability to create spa menu and services program and keeps up with latest spa trends. Oversees activities of associates delivering spa services including salon, skin care, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Position focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction and achieving the operating budget; and performing job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
