Architectural Project Manager

We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager / Project Architect to join our North Salt Lake office.

The position involves working on various project types including Multi-Family Housing, Professional Offices, Hotels/Resorts, Retail, High-end Residential, Medical/Dental, Industrial, Government Work, etc.

What You Need To Apply For the Architectural Project Manager Role:Legally authorized to work in the US and living near either of our offices or willing and able to relocate (no remote work)Minimum 4 years experience in project deliveryMinimum 2 years of management involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projectsAbility to interpret construction data, engineering calculations and drawingsProficiency in Revit with strong 3D design skills required, with knowledge of building construction techniques, methods and materials, hand drawing, building codes, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Lumion and Enscape is desired.Strong skill set of Excel, Word and PowerpointExperience drafting commercial construction documents preferredMust possess strong time management and people management skills and have the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlinesMust be able to travel on need basisDependability and trustworthiness are essentialHigh level of interest and motivation in the creative and technical aspects of the profession

Preferred, but Not Required:Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or other relevant disciplineLEED accreditationNCARB certificatePMP certification

In the Role of Architectural Project Manager, We'll Count on You to:Lead the development of the design, working in collaboration with the Principals and the rest of the internal and external design teamReview and develop construction plans/designs requested by the clientOversee the work done by assistant project manager and draftspersonsOversee drafting, review shop drawings and respond to RFI'sAnalyze and estimate project cost for labor, equipment and materialMonitor progress of all construction phases in compliance with building plans and deadlinesManage correspondence with project architects, clients, engineers, vendors, consultants, building departments, construction team and other personnel involved in projectsReview and research state and local code compliancesPrepare reports and presentations for client meetingsExecute site surveys on a need basisManage people on the team and their expectationsShare and own your design ideas and work

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
