Job Overview

Due to Company growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Looking for individual to join our team and provide assistance with an upcoming greenfield project. Ideally the candidate must have experience with “Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)” applications.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technologySeven (7) years or more of power system civil engineering experiencePE License is preferred.Experience with “Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)” applications.Design experience using MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D or related tools. Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal building code requirements Flexibility, creative problem-solving and above-average interpersonal/ communication/ collaboration (Team) skills are required.Must be able to work independently and able to meet quick turnaround timelines.Must be able to work from one of our K&A offices located in Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina; Syracuse, New York; St. Louis Missouri or Oakbrook, Illinois.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licenses and certifications; and other related skillsets. The disclosed range is an estimate and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
