The right candidate is someone who has worked with larger retail clients, content or commerce project management/delivery experience, resource utilization tracking, cross platform development management , must have experience working with e2e implementation of projects. What you’ll doManage the day-to-day work of your delivery team, both onsite and globallyEnsure that all assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations / requirementsDevelop and maintain all project deliverables including project charters, budgets, project plans, risk / issues logs, project dashboards / management reports and change orders etc.Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetingsAct as the client’s confidant and primary point of escalationContribute to establishing project visionManage and control project scope and the change control processAssure that projects are delivered according to schedule and within budgetEnsure that all project documentation uses standard / approved formats, follows internal documentation processes, and is reviewed / approved prior delivery to the clientAct as the client point-of-contact for project related issuesWho You Are:You are equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker and client relationship builderYou will be working closely with global teams and clients to drive digital solutions that are delivered on-time and on-budget without compromising qualityYou will be a key player in building a positive team environment.
