Job Title : Pega BPM DeveloperLocation: Plano, TX/Jersey city, NJDescription: Responsibilities and requirements:• Analyze, design, and support the implementation of Pega 7.x BPM workflow based on business requirements and specifications• Adhere to development standards defined by the Pega COE and conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance• Participate in Agile Team activities, including daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives• Collaborate with Testing Teams to ensure timely correction of defects or missed requirements• Prepare and present demos during the application life cycle• Strong understanding of and experience with the ability to design, develop, test and implement workflow application in Pega 7.X platform. • 3+ years hands on experience with Pega PRPC platform (7.2 and higher) • Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management).• Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc.• Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design.• Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases.• Good understanding of doing integration with third party APIs (WebServices, JSON, REST, XML etc.).• Understanding of web concepts such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Oracle/SQL and Scripting knowledge is highly desirable.• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, BIX, Oracle DB development, REST API• 8+ years of experience, including Pega 7.x BPM, Java, SOA, WSDL, Web services, HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, and Oracle• Nice to have - Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)
