Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Product Owner to join our team. As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Salesforce platform by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce features and functionality.Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, providing clarity on requirements and priorities.Prioritize feature backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and resource constraints.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to effectively communicate requirements to the development team.Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation of features and solutions.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce features.Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve our implementation.Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Product Owner.Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage expectations effectively.Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
