📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This position performs janitorial functions for the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in order to meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
This is a 1st shift position.
Pay range is $16.00 - $17 .00 per hour depending upon experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cleans the building by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and surfaces, and cleaning windows Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors and restocks with supplies Maintains cleanliness of lunch, conference, and training rooms Organizes and keeps janitorial cleaning chemical storage area clean and maintains current cleaning chemical and supply inventory Performs minor repairs and or reports safety concerns, as needed Maintains exterior grounds and employee areas (smoking, parking lot, activity areas) Collects trash throughout the interior and exterior of the building by emptying trash cans, and recycling bins and disposal of waste properly Perform other related duties as assigned
Education
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Good communication skills
