Internal – Research senior to mid management, research executive, supervisor or other departments relevant managers and staffExternal – Contact person with key accounts and regular projects coordinator

Job Description

Independently design entire questionnaire/guide including new type of projects and discuss questionnaire with the clientTranslate research objectives into questionnaire flowWrite complex research proposals based on instructions from supervisorProvide advanced analysis and generate insightful and value-added findings and suggestionsWork out report flow with instruction from supervisorWrite error-free report with summary and recommendations based on instructions from supervisorDeliver presentation of findings in both Chinese and EnglishChair projects for at least 2 branded solutions independentlyDemonstrate efficient and effective project management to ensure timely delivery at high quality standardControl and save FLD costsBuild and maintain long term trusting relationship with clientRespond to client enquiries promptly and provide professional suggestionsDemonstrate strong ability in people management of JuniorsAllocate tasks among team effectively. Manage their performance and make appraisals on themCoach junior researchers on research work and train them up well

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university5-8 years experience in market research or related function in either agency side or client sideExcellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oralExcellent in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and SPSS, SAS statisticsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHave sound knowledge of overall market research technology and be able to apply to marketing / business practice and strategyBe able to think logically and insightfullyAdvanced analytical skills and be able to make value-added recommendationsStrong client service and account management abilityStrong project management skillsGood people management skillsA team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners
