📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company as a Property Manager, responsible for cultivating deep relationships with Board Members of our communities as their trusted partner.
ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of 6-10 communities (HOAs, Condos, Townhomes, Cooperatives)Coordinate with community vendors to solicit bids and proposals, ensure prompt and high-quality maintenance, repairs, and project management Prepare and present annual budgets and monthly financials to your communities' board membersInspect properties to track projects, repairs & maintenance, and Communicate with homeowners, board members, and vendors through phone calls, emails, letters, and in-person interactions
QualificationsExcellent customer service, written, oral, and general communication skillsStrong organization skillsTeam player who is willing to adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
