Job Description
Our client is seeking a IT Project Manager (Resource Capacity Manager) for a contract opportunity. Function as resource capacity manager for the Americas ODES Project. ODES is the deployment of the Manhattan WMS into multiple US, Canada and LATAM Distribution Centers. Project resources consist of both internal and external project team members.
Duties
The Project Manager will look across all projects and consultants and create detailed planning via Excel to manage the complexities of the projects – focus on Demand ManagementOrganize the teamFollow-up, in an operational way, workload assignment according to priorities and capacityManage communication to project managers and other Teams as necessaryCapacity planning and managementDaily operational follow-upMeeting preparation and animationNeed to have a strong ability to see big picture across all site projects and be able to manipulate data and be strategic in allocating resources to open and ongoing projects
Requirments
8+ years in IT project management, preferably in a retail environment.Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationStrong understanding of retail operations and the integration of technology solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in creating business needs, technical specifications, and training documents.Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.Knowledge on Salesforce, MS PowerApps, PowerBI, Service Now & Azure DevOPSAble to perform projects in Agile mode.Understand technical infrastructure topics (API, Cloud based hosting, Interfaces management, batch management, …)A plus would be to have knowledge on: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
