Payroll Specialist

REQUIREMENTSMinimum High School Diploma.Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Profession (CPP)Minimum one year payroll experienceProficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelKnowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) or similar software preferred.Produces accurate and reliable work within tight deadlines.Attention to detail and well organized.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

RESPONSIBILITIESProcess weekly Payroll average of 500-600 employees.Process and reconcile weekly Vendor reports.Research and correct any payroll discrepancies.Process ICC Billing corrections requested.Process monthly payroll transfers
